Free U.S. shipping on all orders. Most rugs typically arrive within 3–4 weeks depending on availability and destination.
Some in-stock styles may ship sooner from our U.S. warehouse.

Standard-size rugs may be returned within 30 days in unused condition.
Custom-size rugs are made to order and are not eligible for return.
