Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, the rug must be:

In new, unused condition

Free of stains, damage, or visible wear

Returned with original packaging (or equivalent secure packaging if unavailable)
We do not accept returns on customized, personalized, or special-order rugs unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or other non-product-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs vary depending on the carrier.

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned rug, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued within 7 business days back to your original payment method.
Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase
To ensure a smooth return process, please provide your order confirmation email or order number when contacting us.
