We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your rug, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery—even if the item has been lightly used.

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order. If the cancellation request is made before the order has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation request is made after the order has been shipped, please refer to our return policy.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  • The product is clean and undamaged.

  • The original packaging is kept and reused for return shipping.

  • Return is requested within 30 days of delivery.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

We will provide you with a U.S.-based return address to simplify the process.

Important Notes

  • Custom-sized rugs and clearance items are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
