We typically take 1 to 5 business days to process and prepare your order. Our team takes care to ensure your order is packed properly and shipped on time.


🌍 Delivery Time

Once your order has been shipped, standard sea shipping usually takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your destination.

Need it sooner?
We offer express air shipping upon request. Additional fees will apply — please contact us before placing your order if you'd like to upgrade to air freight.

  • Some rugs are shipped directly from our international partners to provide you with exclusive, high-quality designs.


📦 Tracking Your Order

After your rug is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS (if a phone number was provided) with your tracking number and a link to monitor the delivery status.

Tracking information typically updates within 1 to 5 business days after shipment.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

TervannorRugs is not responsible for lost or stolen items once tracking shows the order has been delivered.
